I watched part of 'The Truth Project' at Lifegroup tonight, the part talking about "Who is God?" One thing the speaker said resonates with a belief I've held for a long time, and it pertains to the G.M.P., so I thought I'd write it out as a reminder of why I'm doing this:
The more I learn about who God is, the more I'll learn about who I am. For one thing, God knows me better than I know myself, for another He knows the finished product of what I can become and will lead me there, and perhaps most importantly, if I want to be a godly man, learning His character gives me a template to build my own character around.
