Father God, please accept my heartfelt repentance. Not just for the sin in my life (which weighs heavily on me right now) but for the good I might have done and didn't, for the stubbornness of my flesh, for ignoring Your voice, for treating that which is most important, most precious, and most serious to me as a toy which I can discard and pick up at will. Have mercy on me, not for my sake or for anything I've done, but for the sake of Jesus Christ's death and resurrection, which brings life and hope to a sinner like myself. Thank you for loving me, thank you for not condemning me to the fate my sins deserve, thank you for seeing in me the man I can become. For Your glory, and with Your help, I will seek to be the Godly Man Project, and to be ever more remade in Your image. May my life be as You will it. Amen.
