This week, Pastor Kip finished up his series on getting connected. He spoke from Acts 2:42-47, and the way believers lived before people tried to make the church into an institution, when they lived as though it were a body (which it is, and ought to be). They lived as though they were not the centre of the universe, but took care of each other, and looked out for others' needs rather than focusing on their own. They spent time with each other, got to know each other, and were real with each other. I need to have that sort of attitude as well, a Christlike way of putting others before myself and not being afraid to let others know me as I am.
